FlexSEM 1000 II, with a newly designed electronic optical system and high-sensitivity detector, can achieve a resolution of 4.0 nm at an acceleration voltage of 20 kV. The newly developed user interface has automatic adjustment of brightness and focus, allowing various observations in a short period of time. In addition, it is equipped with a new navigation function "SEM MAP", which can make up for the shortcomings of the electron microscope that is difficult to find the field of view, and realize intuitive field of view movement.

The "SEM MAP" function can effectively realize the field of view search and sample positioning during observation. According to the image taken by the built-in camera, locate the sample and move to the observation site with one click.


The images imported on the SEM MAP will be automatically pasted and displayed in the form of a distribution map.

The width is only 45 cm, and the compact design minimizes the space occupied. The body only supports AC100 V 3P power socket. In addition, the body and the power box can be separated, which greatly improves layout flexibility such as desktop settings.
