The microscope is a sign that mankind has entered the atomic age. It is an optical instrument that mainly makes tiny objects visible and captured by human eyes.

According to imaging principle: optical microscope, electron microscope. Divided by type: biological microscope, metallographic microscope, stereo microscope (dissecting mirror), polarizing microscope, phase contrast microscope, fluorescence microscope, tool measuring microscope.

According to the structure and purpose: transmission electron microscope, Hitachi scanning electron microscope, reflection electron microscope and emission electron microscope.

Below, the editor will introduce several common Hitachi scanning electron microscope uses:

1. Metallographic microscope: mainly used to see metals, chips, opaque objects, etc., with high magnification.

2. Stereo microscope: Because the distance between the objective lens and the observation body is large, it can be operated under the microscope, and the visual range is large. It is often used in microelectronics industry, medical surgery and other departments to observe relatively large objects.

3. Video microscope: 20-200 magnification, with USB interface or circular external AV output data interface, can be connected to a computer or TV and other monitors, and directly image on the connected screen.

4. Polarizing microscope: It is mainly used to observe liquid crystals, fibers and other objects that have their own single refraction or birefringence.

5. Fluorescence microscope: The samples that need to be irradiated with light of a special wavelength are generally viewed by fluorescence.

6. Biological microscope: It is mainly used to see some transparent or translucent liquid and powdery objects. It is mainly used for microbiological inspections, as well as routine inspections in hospitals. The observed objects are generally cut into slices and loaded. On a glass slide.

7. Measuring microscope: It is mainly used in industry and can be measured with a measuring ruler.

The above content is an introduction to the uses of several common microscopes, and I hope it will be helpful to everyone.
